Hi,
Running qpsmtpd on all the relays here. They are all stock FreeBSD
tracking the latest stable version, so they're on 4.10-STABLE now. The
default perl in FreeBSD 4x is still 5.005_03.
  I thought I'd test sender_permitted_from, but it needs 5.6.1.
Now I have the choice of installing the perl port for either 5.6.1 or
5.8.4. I'm wondering which is the best version to go for. I'm assuming
that 5.6.1 is still available, due to the unicode causing problems?
I've steered clear of PPerl as I've seen it reported as "working for
some", which is not good enough for ~200K messages we get a day here. Is
PPerl success related to the perl version used?
  Any thoughts?
  Cheers.

BTW Thanks to all for one of the purest bits of software I've seen for
many a year.
