Thanks very much for the info (sorry I could't get back to you earlier). Many of our customers are universities or local authorities, and the management (in the latter) or students (in the former) come up with forwarding loops and combinations that just boggle me sometimes. One thing they do usually manage is to create a new envelope though (I guess this is because Exchange is so limited), so I thought we might have a chance of enabling SPF for them (if nothing else it would stop the less clueful users complaining about "spam from themselves"). If some big outside forwarders haven't done SRS yet though, it's not going to be practicable for such a mixed bag of customers as we have. Ah well! :-) Nick
