Ick, it's attached as a .bin.   Anyway,

Attached is what I use to address the "spam from themselves" issue.  Because
my instances of qpsmtpd sit outside and upstream of the real MTA, this "just
works."  It would block Cc: emails otherwise or whenever folks wanted to
email themselves.

I don't recall if I've ever submitted this here before, so apologies for
sitting on it if it's useful to others.
