Yes, I'm seeing the same thing. It's what was causing the duplicate subject lines I mentioned yesterday. Looks like the complete pre-qpsmtpd header is being duplicated, except for the first few (8, 12, 21, ...) bytes, for all messages over around 10 kB. I hadn't noticed how prevalent it was until you prompted me to look at headers for more messages.
