to do so from a tagged snapshot so we can track issues down to a tag.
Alright. It's my impression that we are more or less up to date on
known issues, so why not.. :)
I updated the changes file, planning to tar up and release 0.30 on
tuesday.
I made a tag that I'll copy to 0.30 then unless something comes up:
