Maibe your mail server(s) corrected it, because it shows up as
"1969-12-31 19:00" in my Thunderbird and the spamassassin MISSING_DATE
test was triggered on the server.
The only header that looks like a date in my version of the message is
the Resent-Date that was added by the mailing list server:
Resent-Date: 8 Jul 2005 04:22:53 -0000
