Forget it, I just got up :)

Qpsmtpd is looking for a config file config/spool_dir which it's apparently
not finding. Create it and put a line in it specifying what spool directory
qpsmtpd should be using (this is qpsmtpd's own spool directory, it's falling
back to a default spool directory because you did not provide one). Make
sure that this spool directory exists and that the user under which qpsmtpd
runs has read and write access to it.
