Looks good. What version of OpenSSL do you have installed? I wonder if we shouldn't be specific about the CA cert location? I've done that and tested it (committed as r604). Try and update and see if you still get the error.
gensslcert? Do you mean tls_cert?
Doh. Yes, I forgot that I moved/renamed the script when I added it to the repos.
