A few months ago now I posted some patches for comment when allowed new
configuration to be enabled on the fly based on connecting IP address. You
could use that to enable the greylisting plugin for those /8s.
Ask, did you think further about source IP specific configs, or the
ability to defer enabling/disabling plugins until connect time?
