Don't throw the good idea of process supervision out with the
problematic license.
Of cause not, no need for flame wars I just think that we should
provide users with both options (i.e. with and without deamonize).
Supervise has a great design (as with most of Bernstein's software) I
personally just disproves of the license. I would rather see this
committed without the deamonize stuff than not have it committed at
all, so just move forward as you see fit, we can always change it in
the future.
