I almost forgot to add that my new spamassassin rejection threshold is
99 instead of 15, with a munging threshold of 10. (note: unless you set
a rejection threshold for the spamassassin plugin, it will never reject
mail, it will only add the headers).

What this means, with reference to my previous post, is that spam with a
score between 15 and 99 will go to the user's junk mail folder. Spam
with a score of 99 or higher really HAS to be spam, and there is no
point in storing the message so we reject it at the SMTP level.
