I want to work on this.  I will try to finish fixing the test framework
tomorrow morning so I can test my plugin and actually deploy qpsmtpd.
Then I want to rewrite some of the introductory documentation to clarify
how things work and how to write (and test) new plugins.

I'll send a svn diff patch of the test fixes to the list so someone can
check and commit them.
