I feel a bit off-topic, but it's such a cool idea that I can't resist
the urge to talk about it! :-)

Here's an interesting idea about setting spamd and clamav as a EC2
service that you can scale in case of a DoS attack. If you don't have
much traffic, you can run spamd locally and transfer it to one or more
EC2 machines when your load increases.
