Hi Rex,

I set it Windows 98/Me compatibility on the Vismdlr.exe file in C:\Program
Files\Microsoft VisioModeler 3.1\Program folder (default install location).

It has worked well since. Not once has it crashed or prevented saving files or
anything reported. Weird that others have had those issues. Used it in class
on workstations and also fine on laptops and tablets. Even on different
students' own laptops.

Regards

I tried this (I think, I am not sure what Col means by (on the exe)).

It ran beautifully until I tried to save my CSD. VM closed immediately
without saving, and without
an error message.

The IPT teacher at another school reported the same outcome.

Col, can you provide detailed instructions on how to "run in Windows ME
compatible mode (on the exe)"?

Cheers

Rex
