You can already "pull out" the documentation by selecting Tools > Options > Help > General Settings > Always Show Help in External Window:

Dunno about docking (never felt finished to me, this concept), but being able to pull out editors or documentation or debug variables view panes would be excellent. Uncheck Window -> Views -> Locked on Debug mode, then you can move them anywhere. - Orgad
