New issue:
For "Select android device" I selected the simulator AND the checkbox for
always use this. However now I want to get the menu again so I can use my phoe
because the simlulator is sloooow.
How can I get the list back?

It would be nice to configure a USB connection, to install the apk
direct, like the ADT
(Android Developer Tools, comes with Android SDK) or IntelliJ.
