" I'm curious about whether people prefer the separation of headers and sources into separate tree-item parents"
Coming from an XCode background, I used to hate the way that MSVC and then, Creator, forced headers and sources into different categories. It requires a lot of scrolling. XCode implies no such limitations and you can re-order items as you wish. As I now work in the real world (i.e. Windows), I've just learnt to accept it and it does bother me anymore. Plus, Creator blows MSVC out of the water when it comes to code navigation so I rarely need to touch the project tree. On Thu, Sep 29, 2011 at 7:17 AM, Jonathan S. Simple view does exactly what it's supposed to IMHO.
