Hi all, I have a same kind of undesired behaviour.
When using the scrollwheel (is mouse button 2) enthusiastically, it happens sometimes that I press to hard on the mouse wheel. And then some text that is still in the paste buffer is pasted in my code. But by scrolling down or upwards rapidly, I do not see it happen. But at compile time I discover the erroneous insertion. Is it possible to switch off that way of pasting selected text text? Or better yet, give me a checkbox to disable the whole thingy. The checkbox is already there, you can find it in Text Editor -> Display -> Navigation. I will move that to the 'Behavior' page, which should make it easier to find.
