Could you check whether your gdb setting in Creator point to
Qt/2010.05/pythongdb/gdb-i686-pc-mingw32.exe
or similar? If the problem persists, feel free to send the gdb log (right pane
of {Windows|Debugger}->Views->{Debugger|Log}) in private mail.
