I suggest it would be more appropriate to direct users to a online forum on the web-page for user-related questions instead of the mailing-list approach. Then we could use this mailinglist for developer related issues.
Also, it would be nice with a online feature request functionality on SF for user-related suggestions. Maybe you could look into if this is possible to realize, Rene Dohan, with the wealth of hosted apps that SF can offer.
