I thought of adding support request type for tickets, but didn’t because I 
don’t really know if a bug tracker is correct place for it...

Mainly people who has problems just isn’t aware of thing or two. 

Some projects are using uservoice(http://uservoice.com) to allow people to make 
and vote what they want developers to do for the project. There oughta be open 
alternative somewhere though.
