Hi, I wrote a simple FlickableMap item that combines a Map item with a Flickable item. With that it is possible to have smooth kinetic scrolling with the Map item. The kinetic behavior is the same as with any other Flickable. It based upon an idea of Eduardo Fleury through the QML list. Thanks :)
It's far from perfect and only does the basic things, still other might find it useful. Also I would be happy to receive comments how to do it better / more efficient / etc. I'm still very new to QML and Qt Mobile. I'm not sure which list fits better, so I've decided to cross post this to the QML and the Qt Mobile list. Cheers, Conny
