It's a relic from our internal build system: since we all always use 
developer builds, it recreates the include dir. But in packages we 
release, the include dir is already present, so there's no need to run 
syncqt again.

What is happening now is that you're getting access to something which is 
closer to our internal builds.

No need for another option. Just modify it to detect that include has to 
be recreated.
