It is. But don't export it, like that line in qwt_valuelist.h does.

Issue N150279 resulted in task 150601:

It was first Rejected, then we figured out that it worked with MinGW. In other 
words, this was never fixed, because it wasn't tested with VS.

There was no code change. If it worked, it by pure chance.

I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do.

We're not going to export ALL possible template instantiations of QList.
