Shouldn't be a problem, the sonames are different and Qt would be installed to 
a different prefix so mkspecs, plugins and imports wouldn't clash either.

Who knows. Maybe in one year's time, assuming there still is a store for the  
N9, people might use it.

Both sound like a fork of the XCB Lighthouse plugin. Neither technology is 
standard so it shouldn't be in the standard XCB plugin. But there's nowhere 
else where they can be.
