Pete, I *think* Maven's tile values are for OSPD3 and this might affect
its accuracy on SOWPODS sims. AFAIK, SOWPODS Maven was created by James
Cherry by splicing in a SOWPODS DAWG into the original OSPD3 executable.
That would certainly leave the hard-coded tile values unchanged.
So, some discrepancies might simply be a matter of Quackle getting it
right and Maven getting it wrong.
