help you track this issue down..
I am using version
0.9 on Windows XP
Also, the sim
always starts off fine. Then slowly it seems like 101 or 102 tiles are in
play. Then the next sim there are 104, and so on until it hits 107 tiles,
and then every sim thereafter uses 107 tiles.
