Fast always plays in < 1 second. The sucky slow player is basically 
useless. The endgame player is the same as the Fast player except can play 
endgames almost perfectly.

I always play against the Endgame Player.

Oddly I guess simulations are not at all affected by what type of players 
the two players are. Simulations *are* affected by how many players are 
playing the game, so you should make sure that exactly two are. This 
is a bit inconsistent indeed.

I usually just generate choices each turn and see what I missed.
