have the answer, I might as well share.

  I believe everyone in the Quackle community would love to have Quackle 
available to use OSPD4 lexicon.  However, Hasbro is not willing to provide 
electronic copies of the lists.  You can't even buy one from them.  So unless 
someone is willing to sit down and manually remove all the objectionable words 
(and the odd ones that were just forgotten to be included like oviducal) I 
don't see Quackle having an OSPD4 option until Hasbro changes its corporate 
stance.

  (it might be possible to obtain an objectionable word list though, if that's 
the case, a Quasi-OSPD4 list can be fairly easy constructed by subtracting out 
that list and removing by hand the 50 or so special words that they forgot to 
add.)
