Yes, anyone wanting an OSPD4 lexicon for School Scrabble should
probably get it from Zyzzyva.  I worked with Jim Pate and Jane
Williams to create an accurate lexicon, and it will be used as a word
judge at the National School Scrabble Championship this year, so it's
as official as you can get.

The lexicon (2- through 15-letter words) can be found here:

I'm not sure how to integrate it into Quackle though, so I'll leave
that up to smarter people than me. :-)
