Further to my earlier email about this, I found out what was causing it. When making a play for a human player that does not tally with the rack Quackle has given it (as you have to for opponents' moves when simulating a game), I could not find a way of entering the correct move if Quackle had given the player a blank - it would assume that I was trying to use it. So, I had been replacing the blank on the rack with another tile, and then entering the move. However, adding a tile where all of that tile were used up was simply resulting in the tiile being added to the pool.
Can anyone advise how to enter an opponent's move, when simulating a game, where Quackle has assigned a blank to that player's rack?
