The plays that block the spot completely aren't ranked highly enough by the
Speedy Player to be included in the sim. Despite the threat and the huge
lead, it's preoccupied with keeping leaves like ?ANST, which aren't very
useful anyway when there's only one tile to be drawn. This is unfortunate
behavior, but expected given Quackle's limitations in this situation.
