Hi, Linda, I'm glad to help you get your board set up in Quackle. The initial set up takes a little bit of work, but you only have to do it once. The board control is within the game, so you must start a game first. 1) Use the game menu to start a new game There will be two players, it doesn't really matter for now how they are set up for now. But when you play Quackle you want it set for Quackle to be the championship player and your name to be Human. If you are quackling your real games you will want both players (you and your op) to be Human with unknown racks 2) Once you have the game started, (it takes about 20 sec for Quackle to get the game ready) you will see three tabs on the left of the board. Go to the Settings tab. 3) Hit the edit board button. Here's where you have to match board layout. Make sure both board symmetry boxes are checked and click where you want the bonus squares. Keep clicking until you get the proper bonus square colors (red=TWS, pink=DWS, dark blue=TLS, light blue=DLS) You also need to shift click on the center square. 4) Hit save changes and the board will be like this until you change it.
