My apologies if this question has been answered before... my search turned up this question being previously asked but I saw no answer to it.
If an opponent's bingo was challenged off the board, meaning that you now know what is on your opponent's rack, and you run a sim for your next play or ask the Championship Player for opinions on best plays, does knowledge of said opponent's rack get factored into Quackle's decision making at that point?
