P.S. When I said Quackle looks at the bag as if all tiles are
equally likely to be in it, I meant the ones from the starting
set of 100 which aren't on the player's rack or on the board
yet 

Not tiles from the Penrose tiling or from Home Depot
or from the board of the neighboring game
or lizard and bird tiles from Escher or from Lowe's etc.
For that you simply enter the tiles into the rack
and press the button that allows the original
distribution to be altered

P.P.S. has anybody figured out Global Analysis yet
I read some back issues of the wordgame-programmers
group and I want to see the paper that says you can just
consider the highest scoring plays when simming. 
What are the assumptions?  That it isn't the
endgame yet?
