Hello everyone.

My name is Cristian Richart and I am currently developing FISE's
(International Federation of Scrabble in Spanish) first official
lexicon, which will be finished in a few weeks.

Organized Tournaments in Spanish allow exchanging tiles when at least
one tile is remaining in the bag, so ideally an AI program would have
this feature too.

I would like to kindly make a question to the Quackle developers, such
question being how easy or hard it would be to make Quackle play this
way. Would it affect substantially the pre-endgame and endgame engines?
If so, would it be easy to make they play at top levels this way, or
would it be a whole new problem to study?

I also would like to explain that this isn't an official FISE message,
nor am I speaking in representation of FISE or anyone from FISE. It is
just a personal question, made in my name only.

Thanks in advance.
