Thank you for your question and I'm sorry for such a late response!
It's a little tricky to set up Quackle 0.95 for another language, but
we hope to release Quackle 0.96 in March 2008 and I hope it makes it
easier to set up Quackle in any language, and with better
documentation.

I'm curious, what language do you want to set up?
