Well, then ask, and someone will show you how.

1. Screenshots can be produced on a Mac by pressing Command-Shift-3
simultaneously. The screenshot will be saved to a file on the desktop,
and you can attach that to an email and send it to John and Jason.

2. Creating a .gcg file in Quackle is easy. At any point in the game,
select the "Game" menu item, and then choose "save as". When you get a
dialog box, choose a location for the file, give it a name, and click
on the "save" button. You can attach the resulting .gcg file to an
email to John and Jason, so that they can try and reproduce the
problem, and figure out what, if anything, is wrong.
