Stuntman,
Your point is taken on the message board issue. I guess I can hit delete as well as anyone. It amazes me, nonetheless, that you have completely missed the entire intent of my message. You have more than adequately clarified your position on this movie. I was in no way attacking your position on this movie. Although, in stating your opinion you have indicated that you have proven you were right about Michael Moore. De novo, you proved nothing of the sort. You simply spewed your hatred of this person all over the computer once again. If your intent is to get people thinking, especially the "lambs" (and I hope you are not inferring that many of us are in that category), then isn't that what Fahrenheit 911 does? I mean, I don't know of anything else which has provoked more debate in this country within the last few years, with the exception of the war in Iraq and Mel Gibson's latest movie. In my opinion, it is fascinating that the conservative
movement has attempted to prevent people from watching these movies and all they have succeeded in doing is giving these directors the fodder to "shepherd" more individuals to their movies.
As far as the sobriquet "meathead," being honest has nothing to do with being stupid. The definition of meathead according to the American Heritage dictionary is "stupid or dull person." I was simply contending it is not likely that he is stupid or dull and the fact his movie is making so much money points in that direction. I do not understand why you have brought up truth and honesty when it was never mentioned in my initial e-mail. Since I have not seen this film, I didn't see it prudent to bring up the factuality or truthfulness of the movie or the filmmaker. I would like to ask have seen the film?
At times I feel as if you are perorating the hate themes which are consistently belched out daily on the conservative talk radio shows. Furthermore, just because you are able to provide links to web sites which share your thoughts (editorials, reviews, and opinion adds) doesn't in anyway validate your opinion anymore than anybody else's; it also doesn't make it any more factual or truthful. If I were to follow this line of thinking, I could conclude that since many people value the opinions of the famous Ebert and Roeper, all I have to do is post a link to their web site on Fahrenheit 911 and that would make it factual or truthful. Here goes.

Maybe if I can post more web sites which agree with their views that would make it even more factual and truthful.

As you and everyone else probably sees this is not the case. This supports their views, but it is not in anyway make it more valid. Truth and facts are a hazy subject. You continue to post your opinions as if they are based on empirical facts. Facts of this type only exist in laboratories. The proof is in the pudding and in my humble opinion, your pudding is extremely runny.
Since you made your political position clear, I will reveal mine. I am for anybody but Bush. If there is anyone who has earned the nickname of "meathead" it is definitely George the witless. The man has difficulty completing a sentence without starting again or contradicting himself in the process. He is definitely not presidential material. But enough on that.
Respectfully,
Billy
Just my opinion. I could be wrong.
Please excuse any errors. I am using voice-activated software and it occasionally makes mistakes which I do not always catch. This is especially true with suffixes.

My disdain for meathead moore follows me around because of his disdain
for the truth. The fact that his movie has been discredited by
mainstream media (I'd already posted the links) as full of lies just
for "Bush bashing" and Kerry claiming to be taking the "new high moral
ground" in his campaign while the meathead was sitting in front of him
was more hypocrisy than I could stomach.
All message boards are appropriate for disclosure of truth.
Especialy during a time when many are just being sheep who believe what
meathead made up despite the fact it has been discredited. Just because
his movie made a lot of money doesn't prove he's honest.
Spiderman made money too, but they were honest about its being "just a
movie".
Some people will never visit a political msg board.
I'm not campaigning for Bush, I'm campaigning against Kerry.
Just voicing my opinions, and trying to keep people thinking.
Something we need a! lot more of.
BTW just because I'm a quad doesn't mean I eat sleep and talk about
being one.

Democrats were not thinking very clearly when they offered a
deferential seat, in the very box of former President Jimmy Carter, to
Michael Moore. Additionally, you have shown that someone has posted an
interesting web site, but you could probably search the net and find
numerous other sites containing provocative information about President
Bush which puts him in an equally disparaging position. You have also
demonstrated that your sobriquet "meathead" is entirely inappropriate.
It is ludicrous to label anyone who has just made in excess of $100
million on a low-budget film a "meathead." This reeks of Archie
Bunkerism.

disdain for Michael Moore, when you have adequately illustrated your
hatred of his films and everything for which he stands. Everyone on
this site knows that you stand in the Bush camp and therefore do not
like John Kerry; and there is nothing wrong with that. I would,
however, suggest this is not an appropriate venue for your continued
attempts to propagate your political views and sway others into voting
a particular way. I'm sure there are numerous political discussion
groups where you can debate this in-depth.
