I can't/won't try to speak for Billy, but I know of several persons in law enforcement who were injured with cervical injuries and returned to work as advisors and instructors at the academy. There are also several persons within the Federal Levels that are in electric chairs, who still use their brains instead of their bodies. They are to be admired for their personal efforts.
