It is certainly quite true that “several quads” seem to have done their
homework. But it’s the general electorate  (including those quads not
so well-informed) that will decide the outcome of the contest.

Unfortunately, well-informed voters and activists, don’t always prevail.
Just as our system precludes disenfranchisement of Quads, it also
protects the rights of the indigenous, ignorant, un-informed, famous
and wealthy.

So, to which of the “qualified to vote” categories does the crafty
politician play? (Don’t forget to consider Wheel’s “dump” category) :-)
