Her message said it was some new filtering program I installed. I tried to tell her that it was the ISP that did it because of the spam coming from her ISP, not her personally. I told her to use another email address, there was no other way around it. I didn't really understand her problem because she was using another address to send that message, which obviously got posted to the list since it's in the archive.
