Inside on contacting the manufacturer or Concepts, try contacting Marci Roth at National SCI Assoc,  the Natl Spina Bifida Assoc, MS Foundation and MDA for their organizational support in contacting Concepts for a decent answer and reduction in the pricing of the product.  In numbers... there is strength!
