I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. I'm thinking of getting a Doberman as my next pet. I hear they're great dogs and not nearly as vicious as they're made out to be. I saw a guy with one as a helper dog the other day.
I hope you can get a new helper soon. I haven't lost a dog and dread the day sometime soon when my faithful Thunder (15yo golden) dies. I love him more than anything.
