change to eating healthy carbs and portion control. Do not  eat processed foods......Eat whole grain bread , brown rice, veggies.......i think of it as eating what  mother earth  makes. Dairy helps too.....Cheeses & yogart are cool.,..........I've lost over 80lbs ......1st I lost most of it on atkins and slowly reintroduced healthy carbs.........Portion control is major!!
