Good Luck, my friend. You signed a contract for service and that's what every company wants you to do. Breaking the contract, is an artform to consider. Sometime, it will be a mutual thing. However, if ATT doesn't won't let you and you can't prove that they haven't performed, you just may be stuck. But you won't know until you try... and ask.
