Yes there are programs like that in certain schools around the country. The one my son took had just a 5 pound bag of sugar or flour. My son did not like the girl and the way she 'decorated' the baby so did not participate much and was a waste of time for him--altho once he 'was' out on his own he did stay fatherless for quite a while! So who knows whether it really worked or not. take care,
