Greg.....precisely why i moved to Fla after my wreck and nearly two years in Maryland.  It has been one of the smarter things i've done, my quality of living and health has been so good.

as for insurance, i always feel like i'm living a fragile existence...i hate the feeling of "i could lose everything"

peace out...tony

Hi, it was me (Greg) who moved to AZ. It was only for the warm weather. The benefits for me are not as good. WA had a state insurance program for uninsurable people. 30 states have that. For people with pre-existing injuries where no will insure them. Here in AZ, I can't find anyone who will cover me. There looks to be some ok programs for those who have no money or assets. There is 1 program I found for those who don't qualify that will help cover a percentage of the costs of services, but not supplies. I fit in that small nitch that has no coverage. There just needs to be a national health care program of basic medical coverage. One bad health issue and I could loose what little I have.
