Isn't it wonderful to be "in the middle" for help we should get ANY WHICH WAY you look at it?  I too am not at poverty level, nor am I rich enough to hire all the help I need.

AZ was ok when I had a great aide through an agency for 3 yrs but she moved on.  Now we're fighting for each bit of help.

Love the weather, hate the system.

Hi, it was me (Greg) who moved to AZ. It was only for the warm weather. The benefits for me are not as good. WA had a state insurance program for uninsurable people. 30 states have that. For people with pre-existing injuries where no will insure them. Here in AZ, I can't find anyone who will cover me. There looks to be some ok programs for those who have no money or assets. There is 1 program I found for those who don't qualify that will help cover a percentage of the costs of services, but not supplies. I fit in that small nitch that has no coverage. There just needs to be a national health care program of basic medical coverage. One bad health issue and I could loose what little I have.
