Hi everyone, I was wondering if you guys had a idea as to what i gotta do. My aides are complaining that my bed is to low. My bed sits level with my chair. I could higher my bed and that would help get me in my chair easy but it would be harder to put me back in bed. i use a tranfer board to get out of bed. My body is to long to fit in the sling for the cheap hoyer lift they gave me thats why i don't use that. the surehands lift would work but insurance won't pay for it. i don't want a hospital bed because in case i meet someone they wouldn't be able to sleep with me. if you guys could give me a idea i would be grateful. adam c/4-5 incomplete
.....get a queen size electric bed!! I go as high as it goes to transfer to chair, and as low as it goes to transfer in....chicks don't mind hospital beds, they love the bed control...lol
